-RETURNS/REFUNDS-
All unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days.
A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all return purchases exceeding the 15 days.
The return must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation shipped with the original product. Return shipping charges/costs are not subject to refunds.
You must return the item(s) within 7 business days once return has been approved.
All returns must be approved in advance by contacting ÚLFR by emailing:

-CANCELATIONS-
Any order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund.
Cancelation attempts after 24 hours will be under the discretion of ÚLFR and may be subject to a cancelation fee of 10%.
-CUSTOM ORDERS-
Custom ordered knives are hand made specially for you, are one of a kind, and therefore, cannot be returned.
Custom orders requesting to recreate 1:1 copies of another makers design will not be approved.
Once a custom order has been approved, finalized, and the invoice processed, changes to the design cannot be made.
An invoice will be sent on finalization of the custom order, and work will begin when the invoice has been completed/processed.
Cancellations of a custom order, once finalized, will be canceled but will be subject to a Custom Order 50% cancellation fee (based off of final sales price).
-SHIPPING-
ÚLFR is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages.
If you require a signature for your order, please add a note when placing your order.

ÚLFR encourages all buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged blades in their states and jurisdictions.
